Lauren is a nurse and the founder of Training for Trails. Her unique background in the medical field, love for health, passion for fitness and drive for adventure brings a unique twist to her workout plans and overall knowledge. With Lauren’s personal experiences with medicine, fitness, and in the outdoors, you are sure to be inspired and learn about new components of yourself you never knew existed.

 

Training for Trails will give you personalized training plans, expert guidance, and a fellow woman cheerleader in the outdoors, you'll be able to tackle any trail with confidence.

 

Based in Boise, Idaho, Lauren will bring passion and knowledge to each session hoping to pull your inspiration and confidence out of you for future sessions.

 

As a woman in fitness, Lauren has overcome the stereotypes in the gym. She can help you focus on what’s important, filter out, and translate the gym world with you. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or starting out, Lauren is here to support you every step of the way and help you navigate the fitness world and various fitness jargons with ease. Lauren is passionate about empowering clients to train their bodies, not to fit into a bikini but to climb a 14,000-foot peak.
